I’m Jhane, and my beekeeping journey began about five years ago—quite unexpectedly.
When I moved in with our daughter and her husband to help care for their newborn, I discovered something more than grand motherhood.
My daughter and her husband were already beekeepers, and as I stepped in to support their growing family, I found myself drawn to the bees.
What started as helping with my grandson quickly turned into tending hives, learning the rhythm of the colony, and falling in love with the art of beekeeping. Five years later, I’m still just as passionate—maybe even more so—and grateful every day for the joy, purpose, and sweet rewards the bees bring into my life.
